Tubes are cut, cleaned and formed to length — the foundation of every heat-transfer circuit.
Fins are precision-punched on a forming press for maximum surface area and consistent spacing.
Tubes are mechanically expanded into the fin pack, creating a permanent, gap-free thermal bond — the single biggest driver of coil performance.
Return bends, headers and joints are brazed clean and leak-proof using silver / phos-copper alloys.
Every coil is submerged or gas-tested to detect the smallest leak before it moves on.
Coils are pressure-tested at 35 bar to guarantee they hold charge under real operating loads.
Dimensions, fin condition, joints and finish are inspected against the drawing at a dedicated checkpoint.
Coils are protected, capped and crated to survive transit and arrive site-ready.
