Cooling coils that hit their numbers

A cooling coil is only as good as its heat transfer, and heat transfer lives in the details — copper purity, fin bond, circuiting and face velocity. AGH cooling coils are engineered around all four.

We build both chilled-water and direct-expansion (DX) coils, matched precisely to your entering-air conditions, water or refrigerant flow, and available face area. Every coil is mechanically expanded for a permanent tube-to-fin bond and pressure-tested at 35 bar before dispatch.

The result is a coil that delivers rated capacity on commissioning day — and holds it, season after season.

Cooling coils questions, answered

A chilled-water coil circulates cold water through the tubes; a DX (direct-expansion) coil uses refrigerant that evaporates inside the tubes. We manufacture both — the right choice depends on your system design and capacity.

Yes. We build to drawing — any face size, number of rows, fin spacing, header position and connection type. Send us your specification or a sample coil.

Every coil is mechanically expanded for a solid tube-to-fin bond, brazed cleanly at all joints, and pressure-tested at 35 bar before it leaves the factory.
