DX evaporator coils engineered for even flow

High-efficiency direct-expansion evaporator coils with optimised circuiting for uniform refrigerant distribution and full-surface heat transfer.

Overview

Evaporators that use every square inch

An evaporator coil earns its capacity only when refrigerant reaches every circuit evenly. Poor distribution starves part of the coil and floods the rest — killing efficiency and inviting compressor damage.

AGH evaporator coils are built around carefully engineered circuiting and distributor design, so refrigerant spreads uniformly across the full face. Combined with pure copper tubes and a tight fin bond, that means the whole coil pulls its weight.

Each coil is leak- and pressure-tested at 35 bar for dependable, long-term refrigeration duty.

FAQs

Evaporator coils questions, answered

Even distribution ensures the whole coil surface transfers heat. Uneven feed starves some circuits and floods others, cutting capacity and risking compressor liquid return. Our distributor design prevents this.

Yes — we offer wider fin spacing (down to 4 FPI) so coils tolerate frost build-up in cold-storage and blast-freezing duty.

We design circuiting around your refrigerant and operating conditions for optimum performance.

Yes, every coil is tested at 35 bar to ensure leak-free operation.
